Customer Portal Settings in Admin

Customer Portal is where you can modify what is displayed to a customer when they receive the portal link.


Settings

  • 1 .SubdomainCustomize the subdomain of the url that your customers receive. When you customize the subdomain it will appear as [yourcompany].mysolutionview.com
  • 2. Link ExpirationSet the length of time the link will be active.
  • 3. Brand ColorThis is the color that will be assigned to the icons and buttons. 
  • 4. Button Text This will be the color of the text. If you have a darker brand color, we recommend having a color close to white be your text color, if you have a lighter brand color, use a color close to black.
  • 5. Document E-Sign - Toggle on and off the option for using E-Sign
  • 6. E - Sign Distribution List - Distribution List that you want to notify a new signature collected
  • 7. Include Sections Check the sections you would like to appear on your portal site.
  • 8. Contact Us SettingsCustomize the information that will appear when a customer presses the "Contact Us" on your portal site.
  • 9. Product Display SettingsCustomize the information that will appear when a customer views the product line items on the My Project section.
  • 10. Project Display Settings Customize the information that will appear when a customer views the My Project drop down display.
