SolutionView 2.3.22 Release Notes
We’re back with a fresh update for SolutionView, and this one is all about boosting speed, improving integrations, and giving you even more control over your proposals.
Speed Improvements
Our team took on the challenge of making SolutionView faster in different areas of the app where at times users could feel a bit of lag. Notably, within Forms and the Project Comparison - the speeds should feel much snappier.
Custom PDF Functionality
Select between over 30 different section types to build your custom PDF layout. As you design your ideal layout, you can have the sections appear in your preferred order and within each section use the settings to drive how you want the content from each section to display.
And good news—the tools to build and edit these custom PDFs will soon be available right inside SolutionView Admin.
Dropdown Field Enhancement
You'll notice as you use dropdowns within your appointments, there is a new stylized sheet. While the functionality stays the same, the look is now more aligned with the rest of the app, bringing a more cohesive and polished experience.
Financing Details sent to HubSpot
We've enhanced financing plans that are added to SolutionView to be mapped to a field within a company's CRM. When mapped to a field, the estimated payment details can be populated into the assigned field within the CRM.
Tax Rate Integration from HubSpot to SolutionView
Through CRM configuration, a company can now have the tax rates flow from the deal within HubSpot and applied to the project automatically. This feature is especially handy for teams working across multiple tax zones. Just make sure your accounting details has tax rate that is set to allow editable tax rates and is set to be added by default—after that, the configuration takes care of the rest.
Thanks for using SolutionView. We’re always working behind the scenes to make it even better for you and your team.
