Need to share video or PDF assets with your customers? Now you can do it directly from the presentation mode in SolutionView through text or email. Send an asset to your customer to review while you are completing your inspection so they can begin educating themselves before you present project options.
Want more control over the "Customer Why" input in the Accomplish List and Project Review page? Now you can customize the question text and even have answers from forms map mapped to this feature, making it simpler to have all of the customer motivations visible in one place
Don't find the "Customer Why" feature beneficial to your sales process? We've added the ability to remove the feature entirely from the Accomplish List and Project Review pages if you prefer.
In the Project Review page we've simplified what is being displayed by removing the "Add Solution" button and any forms that don't have a solution assigned. This streamlines the page and helps you focus on what's most important.
We've updated the language in the "Complete" section to make it clearer that the contract PDF is being emailed directly to customers.
Lastly, We also updated the language for the button used to confirm where the customer portal link is being delivered.
