🔍 Prospect
A person that has the potential to become a customer of your company
🗓️ Appointment
An appointment is a set date to discuss a product or service that the customer might be interested in providing details on the various price points/ benefit tiers
🧾 Quote
The proposed cost of a service or product that is being requested for the consumer. A quote is created in i360 when the appointment is marked "Pending" in SolutionView at the end of the appointment.
🏷️ Sale
When the potential customer has decided to purchase a product or service. A sale is created in i360 when the appointment is marked "Sold" in SolutionView at the end of the appointment.
🏗️ Project
A project in the area of focus of where goods and services will be installed or deployed according to the agreed-upon plan.
