Importing a Manual Appointment into the CRM Calendar

This article shows you the steps for importing a manually created appointment that you have made in the manual section of the SolutionView App. This will allow the meeting to update your CRM.


After creating a new appointment with the contact's name in your CRM (i360, GPS Insight, etc), you want the manual appointment moved to. Below we will click the Jeff Peters appointment:



2. Now, you will click the "Import Manual Appointment" link, which will bring up the manual appointment page, where you can select the "manual appointment" you want to be moved over.



3. Now, you can select the wanted appointment to move over by clicking the "Import Selected" blue button:





After clicking, it will show that it is copying over your appointment, as seen below:

It will now say "Continue Meeting" and open up the freshly moved appointment when it is fully loaded. To move it to the CRM, you will need to "Continue Meeting."


4. Once in the appointment, you will need to click on the following items as numbered below:

Step 1-Tap the "Complete" tab
Step 2-Tap "Complete Appointment" 
Step 3-Tap the Status drop-down, and then a pop-up tab will show at the bottom, and you will tap "Sold' to complete Step 4.


The final step to complete the upload of the appointment to your CRM is by clicking the button at "Send Documentation to SolutionView Cloud," and the process is complete.
