Distribution List - Creating a List
What is the Distribution list?
This is a list of people you want to receive emails that show either "Sold Proposals," "Pending Proposals," or both. This is an excellent reference for your sales team to refer back to proposals and know they have been sent to the client.

On the main distribution page, to create a new list you will click the button "+ Distribution List"
This section helps you set up a new Distrobution list or modifiy a current one.
- Name Your List: Start by giving your list a clear name in the first box (for example, "San Diego Branch" or "West Coast Sales Team").
- Add New email: To add people to your list, click the "+ Add Email" button.
- View Members of the distrobution list: The area below shows who has been added to this pricing list. Since it's new, it will be empty.
Adding users and Modify emails
add team mates email and set what email update you want them to receive

After the email has been added you can modify what emails for them to receive as seen below:
- Email entered for user
- List of email you want this user to receive notifications on (Checked they will receive updates)
- Delete- Remove users that you want to no longer receive any updates by deleting access
Save: After all the users have been added and permissions adjusted. You will need to (2)" Save" all the progress.
All users on the distribution list would receive a copy of the Estimates being processed from all the SolutionView users.
(Some sales users like to have this in case they need to forward a new copy or for reference that it was sent or they want to review at a later time)
