Appointment History
This section allows your team to search for past appointments by ID, customer, personnel, and date range.
Proposal Details
Once you select a proposal, you can dive deeper into the details. This includes customer information, associated documents, and any photos taken during the appointment.
Why This Matters
Access to this information helps your teams prepare more effectively for installations. It provides a clear breakdown of what was covered during the initial visit, which helps to identify potential weak spots in the sales process and highlight areas of great success.
Proposals Page
- Advanced Search: Search customer name, address, phone number, and ID to locate the wanted customer. After filling in the text, you must click the Go button.
- Start and End Date: Filter down between two dates
- End Date: Filter down between two dates
- Personnel: This drop-down will have all sales team members; you can only show appointments that they have done.
- Search: another method of searching appointments
Appointment Status: The status that the appointments that can be filtered by the following:
-All Appointments
-Resulted Appointments
-Un-resulted Appointments
- Proposal Results: This is where the proposals available for viewing will populate.
