Billing for Supportworks Network Members


Our billing for SolutionView is based on user licenses.

Here’s a breakdown of how it works.


SolutionView

  • One User, One Charge: If a user is licensed for both SolutionView Desktop and SolutionView Tablet, you will only be charged for the Tablet license.

  • Matching Users:  To prevent duplicate billing, it is critical that Desktop and Tablet licenses are assigned to the same individual. Please adhere to these following permissions to maintain

    accurate billing:

    • Same Email: If the user has the same email address for both Desktop and Tablet, then the user would be charged for SolutionView Tablet pricing.
    • Different Emails: If a user has different email addresses for Desktop and Tablet, you will be billed for two separate users because of the unique email.


SalesView

  • SalesView uses your Contractor Nation credentials for authentication. We verify that a user can access SalesView by checking for their active license in SolutionView Desktop.
