Pricing Lists
Pricing lists should include all the products you plan to make available, and will include the accurate details like pricing that you intend for your sales team to use. You can have multiple pricing lists for various reasons, such as different locations, seasonal pricing, or regional selection of products.
This is a walk-through for how to change the product details in SolutionView Admin.
Where are pricing lists at?
- In the side toolbar in the Product (1) section, when clicked it will open all product options
- Now, clicking "Price Lists" will open the page with the available price lists
- If you want to create a brand new pricelist that is straight from the Master list, click "+ Pricing Lists," which will create a new list based on that.
- Actions - Pencil icon- this will open up that pricing list that you want to make edits to. Two Papers - This will allow you to make an exact copy of that pricing list. Trash can - will delete this pricing list; not recommend if it has ever been used as it might need to be referenced later
Editing a Price List
- From the price lists screen, there will be an index that includes all of the pricing lists you have created.
- Locate the list that you want to modify. For this example, we'll edit the pricing list titled "Standard".
- Click the pencil to open up the editor for that Price List.
