Master List

In the Master List section, you can access your complete product catalog. This section provides a comprehensive view of all the product SKUs, titles, categories, descriptions, pricing, and unit types. Additionally, it shows the default settings for each product and indicates whether it is taxable or eligible for discounts.

Within the SolutionView Admin, you can modify products within unique pricing lists, which will be handled in the Pricing section.

If your company is linked to a CRM, Master List will automatically display the products that are marked as available in your CRM.

Each time you open the Master List section, the products from your CRM will sync. You must save these products from appearing in the app.

Here's a breakdown of the fields and actions available in this section:

1. Add Custom Product: Use this button to add new products if you're not integrating with a CRM.
2. Export: Exports a CSV copy of the entire Master List.
3. Import: Allows you to import a CSV file to update the Master List.
4. Product Title: The display name for the product.
5. Source: Indicates the product's origin (e.g., "Custom" for manually added products, or the name of your CRM if integrated).
6. Categories: Shows if the product is grouped with other products.
7. Tax: Specifies whether taxes are applied to the product ("Yes" or "No").
8. Discount: Indicates if a discount can be applied to the product ("Yes" or "No").
9. Display Price: The price shown within the app.
10. Unit Price: Defines the unit of measurement for the product (e.g., square feet, linear feet, per item).
11. Actions:
- Edit (pencil icon): Modify product details.
- Copy: Duplicate a product (used in rare cases).
- Delete: Remove a product (used in rare cases).
